Our Story
The Florence Group of Institutions traces back to 1994, founded under the Srinidhi Education Trust with a clear intent: to shape not just qualified graduates, but individuals grounded in personal and moral values, capable of contributing meaningfully to the nation. That founding idea still guides every programme the Group runs today.
Florence Degree College itself sits on a sprawling 10‑acre campus in the quieter south suburbs of Bangalore, right along the Bangalore–Hosur highway in Electronic City. Spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, and steadily expanded infrastructure have gone into making the campus a place built for serious, unhurried study.
Since opening its doors in 2012, the College has grown into a recognised centre for undergraduate education, offering B.Com and BBA under Bangalore University — one of Karnataka's oldest and most established universities. M.Com is now approved by Bangalore University, while BCA and MBA are coming soon. Florence P.U. College, on the same campus, offers the Science and Commerce combinations that feed directly into these degree programmes.

Florence Degree College opens on the Electronic City campus, admitting its first undergraduate cohorts.
The College offers B.Com and BBA under Bangalore University. M.Com is approved by Bangalore University, while BCA and MBA are coming soon — part of a five‑institution Group spanning schooling through professional healthcare education.
