UUCMS UG Admission – Student Guide

UG Admission Steps

1. Aadhaar Authentication: Student completes Aadhaar-based authentication in UUCMS.
2. Register Number Generated: After successful authentication, UUCMS generates the student's Register Number.
3. Login to UUCMS: Student logs in using the UUCMS Register Number and the password created during registration.
4. Complete Student Profile: Enter or verify personal and contact details.
5. Enter Academic Details: Provide PUC/12th or equivalent qualification details, including marks and examination details.
6. Select College & UG Programme: Select the required University, College, UG programme and combination/major subjects wherever applicable.
7. Upload Required Documents: Upload the prescribed documents and certificates.
8. Review Application: Check all entered information and uploaded documents carefully.
9. Submit Application: Submit the completed UG admission application through UUCMS.
10. Pay Admission/Application Fee: Complete the applicable fee payment, if required.
11. Track Application Status: Use the UUCMS Register Number to check application, selection/merit, document verification, admission and fee payment status.

Student Flow

Aadhaar Authentication → Register Number Generated → Login with Register Number & Password → Complete Profile → Academic Details → Select UG Course/College → Upload Documents → Review → Submit → Fee Payment → Track Admission Status
